Data Deletion Instructions
Staticflow LLC (“Staticflow”) operates messaging assistants on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and website chat. If you have messaged one of our assistants, you can request that we delete the personal data associated with your conversation. This page explains how.
What we may hold
- Your name and profile picture, and a platform-scoped identifier (e.g., a Facebook Page-Scoped ID).
- The content of your messages with the assistant and any details you provided (such as phone, address, or scheduling preferences).
- Related technical metadata (timestamps, message/conversation identifiers).
How to request deletion
Choose either option:
- In the chat — send the assistant the message “delete my data” (or “stop” to also opt out of further messages).
- By email — email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request,” and tell us which page/profile you messaged and the name on your account so we can locate your data.
What happens next
- We verify the request to protect your account.
- We delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your conversation across our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same.
- We confirm completion to you, typically within 30 days.
We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate, narrowly-scoped purposes (such as fraud prevention or record-keeping), as described in our Privacy Policy.
